Can a 16 year old girl get a job as a stripper?

Answer #1

Um i highly doubt that.wait until your 21.why would you want to be a stripper?

Answer #2

Well sex is somewhat realated so maybe because sex is legal at the age of 16 here in victoria.

If your thinking of becoming a stripper then prepare for a broad range of life time mistakes.

Answer #3

no you have to be at least 18. but also not the best career choice either.

Answer #4

It can get you a lot of money in a little bit of time

Answer #5

That is not a good reason to become a stripper….you get alot of money but society will make you regret even walking into the club to begin with….people are going to degrade you for a long time and after a while you cant do the job why not stick to school and focus on a career that does not matter if your boobs hold themselves up or not.

Answer #6

I think in AMerica you have to be 21 years old to be a stripper but I have to tell you, that this is one of the worst options you could consider. Think about it. After you get older, who would want an old stripper? It is also an unstable job. It is VERY dangerous. It also affects your relationship status and your social life. No one wants a serious relationship with a stripper. You learn bad influences. And just like one of my smartest teachers said: “You hang with bad people, you become one of them.” After all, the pros are no match with the cons. When you have children, it will be a bad influence on them, too. And to be honest, strippers don’t make much money. This is a really bad career in my opinion. I think it will mess up your future. Just think about all the negative things that would happen. I have an example for you, in the musical play, Sweet Charity, the main characters are dance hall hostesses (similar to a stripper) and they are all wanting to leave their jobs because they do not make a sufficient amount of money and their social lives are ruined. Also, consider this: Do you really want to spend the rest of your life selling your body to men?

Answer #7

stripers…. thats why women are sex icons

Answer #8

Why would you choose to be a stripper? There are so many other better opportunities and you want to be a stripper? I’m not one to judge but, not a bright career choice. Many woman become strippers not because they want to, but because they have no other choice. You’re still young, you have time to make something out of yourself instead of dancing for 50 yr. old men desperate for young ladies. Respect yourself.

Answer #9

I doubt 16 will be the legal age to become a stripper, it is most probably 21 (maybe 18…). I understand your argument, yes strippers can make a lot of money in a short amount of time without having to learn a trade or difficult skill, and yes it will probably be an easy way to bring in some extra cash, but you have to realize that it doesn’t stop there. I don’t know of a single stripper who hasn’t gone any further than swinging on a pole. It’s a profession that will most certainly lead you down some pretty scary roads. As soon as you’re in the game, you’ll want to go further and further until you really do something you will regret. The easy money will become like gambIing. As soon as you see it, you’ll risk anything to get it. I suggest you get a normal job in a mall or shop. You’ll make enough money to buy clothes and get your hair done. What could you need that much money for at 16 anyway?

Answer #10

No, you have to be at least 18 years of age. If you need the money you should try searching for a job, even in this tough economy. Maybe work at a fast food place or put clothes on the rack at stores or something.

Answer #11

For all these guys saying a stripper is a bad career choice, I hope you don’t go to strip clubs..

Answer #12

i have actuallly never been to one. i find it disrespectful to women.

Answer #13

no, legally you obviously need to be an adult, 18 years or older. they do not allow children or teenagers to work in strip clubs and endanger their lives, reputation nd further carrer options…unless they run illegal strip clubs. remember that this is soemthing that can ffect you and your ability to find other work in the future, there are PLENTY of better ways to make money, you dont need to flash your naked body to strangers to get a good income or feel empowered, thee are much safer ways to get those

Answer #14

In Canada you have to be 18 with parent/guardian consent or 19. I woud assume in the States you have to be 21. I was an exotic dancer for almost 18 years and loved the job. I supported my family extremely well and got to be home with my son a lot (considering I supported my family on about 15 hours work a week.) I know a lot of ladies who paid their way through university dancing. There are some messed up girls in the business, but most are supporting familes, paying for schools or building themselves a very big bank account.

Answer #15

No you won’t be able to take this job if you are not atleast 18 year Old. I will highly recommend not to do this kind of job rather do something else.

Answer #16

So until quite recently, yes? What finally led you to quit, and what came next? In 18 years, did your son know? (I don’t mean this like “What a terrible thing to do to your son!”; I’m just honestly interested to know how you handled it.)

Answer #17

nop!strippers atleast have to be 18……ofcourse if you plan to keep it legal!!
