Depends. If you don’t work out then it could be fat. If you exercise quite a lot like sports or weightifting then it could be muscle. I’m 16, and I just hit 130lbs. But I workout like crazy now. I used to be 118lbs.
Im 15 && 130 also. It matters how much muscle you have. Start measuring your waist it helps. I live in the country && haul wood && all that stuff so im kinda strong. =] But a 25-26 inch waist is skinny/normal.
