14 year olds looking for a job in florida

I am 14 and I would really like to have a job to start saving up for a car. I have only heard of two places that would “might” accept me and that is Winn Dixie and Publix. I really would like for something more exciting then putting boxed food in a bag for people. so what other jobs is there for a 14 year old girl like my self?

At 14 there is a variety of things that you can do. The best bet would be to start with something easy, where you don’t need a lot of experience. However, at Publix, you have to be at least 14 to get a job there, but there are three different positions they offer for at that age.

You can be:

A Grocery bagger, which includes some cart return.

A Cashier

A floral assistant, which includes keeping the floral area clean, watering flowers, and arranging Flower arrangements.

I dont live in florida bu ti know that pretty muck any girl anywhere can babysit which can make up to 10 bucks an hour or pet walking or bathing or sitting hope it helps :)
