What's your take on...

arm hair? Lately, all I keep hearing about is hair removal. Some places are more understandable than others but, what do you guys think about arm hair? Do you think it’s okay to have arm hair these days? Personally, I have arm hair but it’s very fine hair. Not dark or bushy. Sometimes tho, I feel uncomfortable when I roll up my sleeves knowing how obsessed people are with being hair free.

Personally, I find it getting rather ridiculous how obsessed people are getting with hair. I mean as long as you’re not a messy jungle everywhere I think it’s fine! I do understand what you mean though about feeling uncomfortable because of people’s obsession, I feel it too and I really don’t even have much hair :/

I agree with Bathory and want to add the following:

It starts with “the power of suggestion” regarding “how bad” hair is in order to sell products that remove it.

The more they tell us how unsightly it is, the more we believe it. (ridiculous) One infomercial even shows a MAN removing the hair from his arms…….really? The power of suggestion often times has nothing to do with the truth.

I see gals all the time with hair on their arms………….I don’t even think about it, much less let it bother me. This one gal that works at the bank…..I just now realized that her arms have a bit of hair on them because I’ve seen it…………but I never thought about it because she is such a doll. She smiles and is very nice. And quite lovely.

I think its OK in your situation with very fine hair but if it darkens and goes wild it is extremely unattractive I understand you being subconscious I’m not trying to be ignorant but it a little tip more hair than your remove it immediately.
