If cost wasn't a problem how big of a house would you make? What would you have that you don't now?
I would have 5 guest rooms, 10 bathrooms, a recording room, a movie theater, an indoor and outdoor pool, a patio leading out to the pools, my bedroom (along with my closet the size of a small store at the mall), the children's bedroom, a trampoline room, a playground, a soundproof room (sometimes i just want to scream my freaking head off so that would be handy =), a game room, the kitchen, a living room, a basketball court (indoor and outdoor), a dining room, a finished basement, the maids and butler's bedrooms and a 20 car garage So including all that it would have to be HUGE
I like the intimacy of a smaller house (2,000 sq feet) but if money and time were not an issue, I'd want to have a couple of guest bedrooms for family, a nice big room for music, tv, books, and a huge kitchen with room for two people to prepare meals. Lots of windows and a nice pastoral view of hills and villages. So maybe it would end up being 3 to 4,000 square feet. The land surrounding my house would be important as well, lots of landscaping, gardens and pathways.
It depends. At this point in time, I don't want children for a long time. If I were to get my ideal house that were for myself and one other, I wouldn't want a mansion. The bigger the house, the more of my crap I would stuff it with, I'm a total packrat. I'd care more about where it's located, really.
Big bed rooms/bathrooms, but not really a big kitchen/living rooms. One story. Nice sized backyard, I don't reallly like big houses...
to be honest i dont want a big house. I would like to have a small aperment with nice furnirture.
to big to explain. my closet would be bigger than the living room!
Big enough for my dream family to be happy.
