FunAdvice Christmas Countdown (5 days) - December 20th, 2011

My favourite memory is from when I was about 6 years old. My dad always loved Christmas, and I swear he would get more excited than we did for Christmas morning. I recall one year, he was so excited, he let us open all our gifts on Christmas Eve.

. Good dads always get excited about Christmas, because they care about their kids. They will have worked hard for a long time and done their best to guarantee that they have a really great time. Your dad was obviously one of the best, and it shows in your own caring attitude to life and people in general. Have a great christmas yourself. I already have every confidence in the certain knowledge that you will ensure your children have the very best Christmas that you could possibly provide for them, and hope for yourself.

Once my mum took pity on me because my Dad was out of town and I was sad, so she took soot from the fireplace and stepped in it and then walked around the carpet to make it look like Santa was there. It was nice.

Every year my family always opens presents from the youngest child to the oldest child. My favorite christmas was a couple years ago when me and my husband took a bunch of my nephews sledding and had a blast. We do this every year but that one year was so fun!
