Can someone help me with this, what do i do?

If its a blister, it might be something serious (STD?). If you are or have been sexually active, it’s highly possible, and I’ve even heard of some weird cases of contracting such diseases in other ways, such as off of toilet seats. Don’t know if there’s any merit to that, but I still won’t use public toilets. Of course, it is just possible you cut yourself somehow, but I would say that if its in your actual vaginal canal, and not on the outside, then that is probably unusual. No matter what the case, your best bet is to go and see a gynecologist.

If you have been sexually active: it could be herpes (it sometimes presents itself like that. And you can get it from oral sex). it could be just you, esp. if you are on high progesterone birth control. Or it could be a small local infection. It is IMPORTANT to see the doctor while that is still present so she / he can determine what it is.

defiantly go see a doctor cuts in those places are unusual especially inside the vagina on the vagina wall. unless you have been using some….um… unusual improvised pleasure devises (I think I said that in the most politically correct way possible) that would have caused the cut it could be something more serious and I advise you to follow previously mentioned sources of medical help posted by @bimjob and @Erri

If your sexually active, it could be from too rough of sex, or a tear from dry sex. Its happened to me a few times from being too dry. It sucks, but mine went away. I’d see a gyno if it doesn’t. I just used lube and it fixed itself. :) hope I helped.
