Isn't it strange that people tend to do exactly the same things they hate others for?

One guy who works with me absolutely hates another person, because she often plays games during work hours. But as we are sitting here he is busy watching an episode of 2 and a half men. If you hate someone for something you also do, shouldn’t you be hating yourself. And shouldn’t you feel that person isn’t that bad, because you do it yourself?
