What can I do for my friend who has shit stains in her undies?

My friend and I are going into high school and my friend admitted something to me, she has gym first semester and has shit stains (skid marks) in her undies. She’s scared to change with everyone, and I don’t know what to do, can someone help me? What do I tell her to do?

Does the change area not have bathroom stalls? Tell her to change in there and she can hide her underwear in her clothes - I doubt anyone is going to insist on going through them.

Tell her to go to her mom and get like 5 bucks and go to a walmart or something and buy and pack of 10 new undies for like 5 $$
