What can i do?
I’ve recently started getting bullied by a girl and some of her friends at school. She is VERY tough and smokes, drugs etc, etc.. Yesterday, her and her friends pulled me down the stairs at school by my legs, i got VERY angry and swore at them. (nothing compared to what they have done to me in the past and present). They called me vicious insults and stuff. They even came down to my neighbourhood tonight and chased me calling me names and threatening to ‘chib’ me (means hit with something in scottish). I cant tell my parents as they dont know im gay and if i tell school the girl will kill me. Why - SIMPLY because i’m gay. What can i do?!
“sighs” I know all to well what your going through. I spent alot of my highschool being teased, beat up, threatened, and having my property and car vandalized because i was bisexual and dating a girl in a very small close minded town. I know your afraid to tell the school…but something has to be done. You need to talk to a school counselor and have her taken care of. If shes physically abusing for your sexuality thats grounds for supension or expulsion and its the schools responsibility to protect you or they could face a serious lawsuit.
well… im ginger , so you can only imagine my ridicule. but honestly get your teaches to talk to the girl, but get them to do it so that you stay anonamouce (sorry bad speeling :P) or talk to a friend or classmate. dont confront the girl and dont fught back. it will only get worse. if she knows its bothering you then she knows she is winning. i would say ignore it but since it has gone phisical you need to talk to a teacher or a parent, if you talk to your parents you dont nessisarily have to tell them you are gay, just say i am being bulied at school by some girls because they dont like me. or get your parents to talk to the school. you shouldnt be judged just because you are different.
You might want to have a female friend accompany you, or even a freind who is a guy - or, perhaps befriend a guy who is somewhat muscular. Well, that’s one possibility.
The other - call the police. Not so sure about your state, but, in many states, being a minor might not get a person off the hook if what they’re doing is considered a felony - and, if it’s a hate crime, that frequently would escalate the charges.
This isn’t a children thing, or a teenager thing. This is a gange of people who are seemingly openly participating in a hate crime.
If these women don’t like women to have same-sex relationships now, just wait until they’re put into a prison with a much larger, stronger, woman who is looking for affection…
