What do I do about this?
I went on a trip with a few friends for 7 days and they are used to only eating a small breakfast…. and thats it for the whole entire day…. they had been taking these trips for years and it was my first time with them. I wasnt used to the eating habit…. but I just did what they did - only ate breakfast…… now that I am home - when I am hungry I can only eat a few bites and then it feels like I ate 6 helpings of food…. and then after a while I get a feeling that I am going to throw up…. help?
oh my god, you should never skip meals…it’s unhealthy & causes issues concerning your digestive system…
my advice to you is to try to have very small meals as you would regularly…like an apple…or some tea & toast…and try to have some soup for lunch. Slowly slowly try to get back into the habit of having your 3 square meals a day with 2 snacks of fruit in between!
If your issues with nausea consists, you will have to see a doctor about it. Perhaps there is something else they can advise you.

i have done the same thing, because i am really insecure, but as i recently started is this breakfast= eat like a king lunch= eat like a queen dinner= eat like a servant this works because if you eat a lot with breakfast u will burn off the calories and dinner you shouldn’t eat a lot because you don’t do as much and your don’t burn anything away also if makes it hard to sleep. something else that may help is having small snacks throughout the day make sure they are healthy and don’t eat after 6 or 7 a clock at night. hope that helps!
