Depends on whats going on thats causing you to lose it. As corny as it sounds…couple counselors actually work and help you communicate and get through your problems easier.

Let me put it this way, I was the one on facebook (which got me into trouble) My husband is dealing with it okay. I’m having a hard time dealing with it. My husband has forgiven, but I don’t think I can forgive myself

I would highly suggest couple counseling my dear, im assuming you were cheating on facebook and got caught. There are usually deeper issues when a partner cheats and reasons for why they were looking outside of their marriage.

yeah somewhat. We are in counseling and it is working wonders. We have had a struggles for the last ten years. I had brain surgery while pregnant, so it is rough, but we love each other
