Why does my 10 year old's right oblique hurt every time she takes long walks?

She just continues walking and eventually the pain stops. Then when she changes position while walking, the pain comes back. She doesn’t get these pains when she massages her right oblique hard prior to walking, when there was no pain. Then it begins to hurt. Eventually the pain goes away. When she does not walk/when there is no pain, she presses on her right oblique hard/grips it, it begins to hurt. Eventually the pain stops. After that when she walks, there is no pain.

It hurts on the side, but not on the back.

It hurts in the circled area in this picture. http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/w369/Kamiraachka/body_part_13.jpg

First of all - you’re 16 and you have a 10 year old? You need to correct your date of birth. Secondly - only a doctor can give a medical diagnosis.
