Help!!! How do I loose 10 pounds in 3 Days?

I was always teased about my weight. I’m not like…190-205 pounds. I’m about 160. But that seems heavy to me. Please give me tips!!

I disagree about the calorie amount of persian dawg 2800 calories is wayyy to much your daily intake if your not dieting is 2000 calories you can loose 20 pounds in month if you have 6 small meals a day 200 cal. each and walk 10,000 (or jog) just anyway to get to 10,000 steps and drink 80 ml of water a day and you are set to go! fun mail me for more help im here for you!!

u cant you can only lose 2 pounds a week

itsa impossible to lose that much in 3 days unless you get lipo.

take it in moderation

ok first off there is no good or healthy way to lose 10 pounds in 3 days. secondly dont worry about being over weight, the kids who make fun of you are just insecure about themselves. plus you are still going to grow, but I mean starting to eat healthy and excersising wont hurt (not trying to make it sound mean). just have about 2800 calories a day (3000 most) but just take a few pounds off a week.

PS dont starve yourself or try to lose 10 pounds in 3 days. the fastest ever you should take 10 pounds would be 2 weeks but 3-4 weeks would be best. hope this helps.
