What do I do when I wanna self harm agin?

well pretty much I self harmed and it took me ages to get out it now every thing in my life is so f*cked up all I wanna do is fell pain because the oly emtion I do show is angur or somtimes happenis bt the person who made me happy has now changed complitely as in he has mayer mood swing and never has time to talk to me any more and I cnt take it anymore I wanna do is self harm bt I don’t no wt do any adivce will be helpfull

Try doing stuff that you like doing. for an examples when I’m mad I feel like cleaning or doing something that will just keep me busy and calm myself down… But self harming yourself is bad… I use to be a cutter as well for about 4 years now. I stop like about 3 months ago… I stop because I got sent to a mental hospital for like the 6th time and the doctors told me one more time I get sent to the hospital again imma get sent to an RTF {placement] and I love my family way to much and I dont want to be away from them for a while. Think about it Yes cutting make you feel better but dose it really slove the problem {no] your going to still deal with it…Its not worth it. there are other ways to relieved stress… good luck!

ok well things in your life can tend to be fucked up but you can fix them. the mood swings you can just like try to relax and have some peace and harming urself is not the answer if you have thoughts of suicide then you have to c a doctor but harming urself is not going to solve anything what you need to do is find an activity where you can get out all of your internal frustration and then move on from that. just dont harm urself cause a lot of people care about you it may seem that way that they dont but they would be crushed if you harmed urself really bad or even if you commit suicide so just take my advice

I have one bt hes havin mood swing because he cnt play rubgy because of his arm bt we are normaly ok bt I realy cnt show emtions even if I have a boyfriend or nt I cnt show them

Make sure you have a friend or someone you can talk to. If you don’t have someone to talk to at the time, I’ll gladly listen if you need. My aim is amustelafuro.

well you might want to try taking things further with your boyfriend and just like drive urself more towards him like just be there and feel happy becasue you have to be internally happy befor external happyness and then passing it on to other people. so are you happy on the inside?

well maybe you need to get a boyfriend in your life like a boy friend to banlance out anger and happyness cause you are probubly have a lot of aggresstion by the way you look I mean most people do but you can change. Well heres my advice Find a decent well rounded guy and maybe you will have a lot less anger

yh I see wt your sayin and I did do a activey were I gt rustion out bt I quite it and I have never htought bout suicide just the fact that I cant realy show emtions and the only way to fell something is thoug pain wt for me is self harming
