Good exerscises that work on your upper thighs?

Some good exerscises that work on your upper thighs, like on the side of your upper thighs? Are there any exerscises I can do to get rid of fat there and if so what are they and how do I do them? Also if you know a website that has pics and stuff that would be good to!

lunges and leg lifts are good. You might want to throw in some regular jogging too. I did a mile a day for 2 weeks and then did 2 miles a day for 2 weeks… just work up to it… and I noticed a difference. I also had more energy.

Also, dance exercises are really good. like jazz dance and ballet. stand with your heels together and toes turned out (like a corner) and lift up to your tip toes. you might use a chair or table for stability. lift up to your toes and then relax back down several times (this will work you calves, but you need strong calves as well for great looking legs.

you can stand on one active foot (active means you’re concentrating on it and actually flexing the muscles) and actively move the other leg (with toes pointed to make one straight line from your hip to your toe) move the leg straight forward as high as you can then move it straight backwards as high as you can and straight out to the side as high as you can. keeping it active the whole time (don’t just let it drop but set it down between directions) do this several times on each leg. (this will also tone your lower abs and your butt.)

notice how this girl’s movements are all very specific. she doesn’t just fall willy nilly into positions. she is a good representation of “active”.
