Eating 5-6 small meals a day

Sooo I wanted 2 know who tried this! I tried it 4 1 day and I felt so full of energy and happy the entire day and felt satisfied but then towards the end of the day I got more and more hungry! So who’s tried this, how much weight did you lose in how much time? Its not really a diet and more of a new, healthy way 2 eat so I’m thinking within time, like everything, it will get easier 2 fight off the crave 4 those late night munchies and hunger pangs. Is it? Thanksss! And let me know if you exercise 2!

this is awesome,,, our bodies do not feel the need to hold on to fat because you feeding it all the time. Its wuite basic, but look at the people around you that have weight problem, they all try diets , starve themsleves and miss breakfast etc and then end up gorging at some stage later in the day. you are on to a good thing, obviously sway towards healthy food and plenty of fluid ,,, oh and obviously a little excercise will getting muscles fired and they start munching through fat too. My fav exercise at mo is tracy anderson, she trains madonna and gwyneth platrow, at I love her techniques… Its quites easy and fun… quite a new concept check her on utube. take care and weight is a funny thing , once you crack the right formula youll be fit and healthy and never think of it a again. enjoy , ps there is a book I want to read (havent yet) Allan carr’s “weigh less” its great for breaking through the whole mentally of why people have weight on hence breaking the cycle.

I do it because I have irritable bowel syndrome…it really ups my energy level and helps that I don’t get as constipated.

Also the hunger pangs will take a while to disapear…until your body is used to your new routine…after all it’s used to getting one big meal a day?
