How to be able to touch your toes, both sitting down and standing?

All you really have to do is stretch everyday. The more you stretch, the more flexible you will get. I always get lazy while stretching because it hurts, but it’s worth the pain and it’s kind of beneficial. :)

Just sit on your bottom and try to reach for your toes. The more you try and practice, the better you’ll get.

Shes right and when your stretching and you have trouble touching your toes just stick you butt out when you bend down. it helps

Yes , you have to stretch a ton. Everyday or more in a day. You also have to keep it up or you will lose your flexibilty. I am able to do that and other cool things but i have been stretching everyday for about 11 years. i stopped a bit and had to get back my flexibility which is pain. Stretching is very healthy for you :)
