easy workouts I could do to help strenghthen my back

for those that don’t know what scoliosis, it is a side to side irragular curvation of the spine. my curve is thirty-three degrees. Does anyone know of any easy workouts I could do to help strenghthen my back without hurting myself?

My friend has scoliosis and she went to a specialist and physiotherapists who gave her exercises to do to strengthen her back.
