You see im 14 and I want to look strong muscular have abs and bigger you get the point..
Well im too young to go to the gym can you give tips on workouts I could do on couches or 10 pound weights and resistance band
Also I play hockey, swimming soccer and tennis
problem is im not getting resluts off pushups and sit ups
youll get them itll just take time 1 week wont cut it give it 2 or 3 weeks and youll definatly start seeing results
do push ups…sit ups…let yor parents take you to the gym…
