The recommended daily calorie intake is 2,000…depending on how many hours of exercise you’re doing, it might be between 2300 and 3000 calories.

Everybody is different, so if you notice that you’re tired, feeling weak, or getting abnormally thin - eat more.

ok thank you! what would u consider to be abnormally thin? im 5’6 and weigh 110lbs im pretty muscular too i guess but i guess that comes with the job!!!
