How much calories would be burnt on an Ab Circle Pro?
I got an Ab Circle Pro for Christmas and plan to use it everyday. The only problem is that I didn’t get the calorie counter with it and I heard that the customer service sucks, so I don’t want to deal with them. My question is how many calories would a teenage girl that weighs 184 lbs and is 5’ 5” burn if 30 minutes was spent on the Ab Circle Pro? (I am doing more excercise than that, I just have to log how many calories I burned and for the Ab Circle I’m not sure :)
well you can burn a lot of calorie using the machine but you need do on the targeted areas like the love handles or abdomen you also have to take a proper diet not to drastic just healthy.Do which part you wanted.
