Do planks really help get a flat tummy?

Since you can’t target weight loss, you have to work your whole body. To get a flat stomach, I would instead focus on any type of cardio, such as running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities that will get your heart rate up! Planks are better for getting toned.

YES! I’v Lost over 2 centimeters in 4 weeks. Kettlebells and planks -between 30 sec - 90 sec on the sides and in front.
