Can you go too low on your calorie intake and not realize it?

Right now I am 6 foot 190 lb and I am trying to get my six pack back. I have upped my runs to about 5 miles a day along with my weight training, and I am taking in about 1200 to 1600 calories a day. Am I taking it to fast and could I hurt myself doing this?

Answer #1

i dont think so :)

Answer #2

Anything is possible…if you want to really get the best workout so you can get your six pack back then I suggest some advice from a personal trainer. you dont have to constantly do your routine with one, but the first 3 workouts would put you right on track so you learn what you need and can get the results you want without having someone beside you every time you want to work out.

Hope this helps:P

Answer #3

Yeah, depending on how much you eat and what it is. Just like you can go too high, I’m sure you can go a bit low.

Answer #4

Well how you doing, and I am on track, I have just been using a pencil and paper to track myself, cause I am older now, and have found I am not taking in to many calories. I do want to die on the side of the road while running.

Answer #5

Well I said about how much I take in, I just don’t want to put myself in the hospital.

Answer #6

missed ya my friend…been forevaaaa :P How’s business & life treating ya?! As for dying by the road, well that is why you need a trainer to just find will work better then simply running til you god forbid do wind up on the side of the road! (dont even wanna think about that, with ur wife & kids…hell no) please just do us all a favor & get a trainer to show you what to really focus on no more 5 mile runs…;)
