Why is my body growing so fast?

I am a 15 year old boy. Not more than 6 months ago my height was 5’ 5”, chest was 34” , waist was 26” & arms were 23”. But now my height became 6’ chest has become 44” waist became 20” & arms 32. I’m looking much older tham my actual age. I dont like all these. what should I do?

Very normal for boys to suddenly shoot up…only drawback is sometimes it’ll make your joints hurt.

it is most likley a growth spurt , you can have them anytime between the ages of 9-18. It is nothing to worry about.
