is it possible to lose 2 kg's a day?

i need to lose 4-6 kilos only.. cuz i gained 4 kilos and i have a dress that doesn’t fit anymore. i have to wear it this this Friday. please help i need to lose those 4-6 kg’s before Friday :S ofcourse it’d be better if i lose more it’d bring back the beauty of the dress even more :$ :$ :$ please don’t tell me it’s not healthy i’ll deal with the consequences it’s my brother’s graduation partyyyyy :D

Go on a treadmill and a bike ride the bike for 1-5 miles and run the treadmill 1 1/2 - 3 miles.

its pretty hard. normally you can loose up to like 3 or 4 kg in 5 days if you work hard enough

Not healthy at all, and it’s not even possible. You should be try to loose 2kg every week. That is more healthy.

Exercise, and eat right. Don’t starve yourself or take pills (they don’t work)…

Off course it is possible. Just cut off your arm. Might not work for very long though as you have a limited number of those.

But seriously, I know Tom Hanks lost a lot of weight very quickly when he had to lose weight for Castaway. Think it was like 1kg a day, that’s the fastest I’ve heard about. Though he probably had a whole medical team checking up on his weight-loss and he still had lots of issues due to the speed he lost the weight at.
