How do you lose 5 lbs in 2 days?
I need the quickest way to lose 5 lbs in 2 days! Help!
the idea about drinking all the water is not a smart one, drinking to much water can actually kill you!! It can dilute you blood sodium levels, and people have died from that!!
dont starve yourself, just eat healthy and right. you dont have to weigh less, just look skinny. dont eat that day if the lesson is 1:00 or earlier. youre skinnier in the morning. if your lesson is after one dont skip meals because you will get weak and clumsy.

EXTREMELY intense workouts. If you normally eat large meals, cut them down to average size meals or lower. I suggest lots of crunches (crunches are similar to sit ups), and workout the muscles that are surrounded by the most body fat
drink lots of water, and only water and run, take like a run around the block, or your house. drinking only water, and A LOT of it. big bottles and like12 cups, flushes your bodies salt, and I lost 3 pounds in 2 days. but I didn’t exercise I hope my advice helped!
In addition to my earlier post, only drink water. don’t eat junk food. when you do eat, don’t eat things with a lot of carbs or calories. don’t eat any meat. drink veggies
umm… that is almost impossible unless you dont eat or drink 4 too whole days but ud only los water weight soo your not really SKINNIER..
I do ballet and I’m having a private lesson in two days, and my teacher is weighing me.

Just out of curiosity, why do you need to lose this in two days?
