What food do I need?

I have very recently become a vegatarian. And was wondering what I won’t be getting in meat, and, what other foods is it in? Thanks.

Vitamin B6 : Potato, fortified cereal, banana, and garbanzo beans (chickpeas) all provide more than any animal source. Vitamin B12: If you aren’t vegan, this shouldn’t be an issue. Vitamin B12 is found in dairy and eggs. If you are vegan, take a supplement or eat foods fortified with vitamin B12. Omega-3 fatty acids : Flaxseeds and walnuts are the best source. Soybeans also contain more Omega-3s than most fish. Protein - Beans, Legumes and nuts
