What do you think about this song?

I wrote a song before for one of my classes (theology). Though im not a practicing catholic, I was able to channel my inner devout and wrote this. What do you think? I think it doesn’t just apply to god. maybe to friends or family too. its short, but whatever.

Half alive

im seeing in black and white again all these shades of gray tell me I dont want to stay further down this road that I am in its dark but I still see you gave your hand to me

and I wanna let you know I’ve never felt such warmth inside being in this cornerstone I found hope in this new life

your shine radiates in me like a minuscule thunder I know this is how its meant to be your light has guided me in this intricate puzzle I know with you I cannot feel im only half alive (only half alive) because you saved me again tonight.

hmmm, well the lyrics arent al that bad,, if you could include a tune or rhythm, or whatever, people may rate it a bit more, but yeah I like the sounds of it.
