Is jumproping good?

Will jump roping make me lose weight overall? Or just my legs? Arms?

it depends on how long you do it for but jump-roping or skipping is a very good sport and way to loose a bit of weight however it depends on your current weight and your expectations it will help the legs and also make them stronger/improve your balance as well and your arms a little too
