increasing metabolism? help asap

ok so im eating healthy and excercising, I’ve been doing this for the past couple years (excercisng regualry) and have always eaten healthy -I was kid who loved sprouts and veg lol any way for the past month or so I have increased all this and I would liek to know is there anythign I can eat or drinkt o make the calorie burning or muscle gaining rate faster?

im off to florida april 17th and have a “muffin top” is I think how they refer to it so I need it to go a lil quicker

besexynow cardio is the type of excericse I do, running then weights I guess only time will tell plus I get to swim everyday in america , englands not really the place where people have their own pool but my house in america does lol
