How do you tone your arms or make them skinnier?

Try using resistance bands..you can find them at any sporting goods store or somewhere like Target or Walmart even..there are different levels to start at..and usually they will come in packs of 3..so that you can start training with them and then once the level of band your using gets too easy you can switch to another one for harder resistance =) Good luck!!
