How can I loose 30 lbs by february 2010?

Help me loose weight so I can look hot on my vacation to florida! =] Im 15 years old and weigh 150 lbs…with 30 or 25 lbs off..I would look better and feel better!!! Give me any advice, im wondering what to do! Because I have no control! My favorite food is mac and cheese! Im a carboholic! I <3 carbs and fatty foods! And I eat sooo much! I have so self dicipline in loosing weight! Help!

I actually have somthehing lie that with my grandma, we madde a deal,, if I lose theweight, she will give me 500 dollars spending money for a soping spree for clothes in my “ new and better” size! thanks for the offer but the problem is that I cant say no to carbs! I eat also wayyy to much and I sneak food! I just need help saying no! lol but what you offered was reely helpful…do you have an idea that can make me diciplines to say NO TO FATTY FOODS?? =]

I too am over weight and I know how it feels its not fun. If I was you since your young I would see if I could find a friend that needs a little weight lose also and make like a buddy plan. Have a competition between you and her and see who can lose the most weight in certain periods of times.Like say start off with 2 weeks who can lose the most in 2 weeks and who ever wins has to do something or gets a reward like maybe a Soda or a candy bar or something rewarding of there choice.You know just make it fun and maybe it will be more interesting to you.

You can’t. There is no practical or safe way for your to lose that much weight that quickly.

First of all, I hope you’re still not trying to lose 30 lbs in three weeks. even if you didn’t eat that entire time, you’d only lose 12 lbs approximately. So… have fun fainting in hallways and whatnot.

The answer is gum, and if you really wanted to lose a little weight by February, you’d think outside the moment everytime someone flung a bag of chips at you.

No I do not if I did I probably wouldn’t be over weight.Lol Maybe try everytime you feel like eating something thats not healthy just entertain yourself call a friend write a letter something like that. Or maybe replace it with something else,your not going to be able to stop yourself all at once just do it a little at a time.& then like I said reward yourself with something after a week or doing good.Its hard girl im telling you I know.im way over weight and it sucks. because im very full of myself like not to sound coincided but I think im very pretty and its like I know I would be way better looking if I didn’t have so much extra weight on me. So it tends to bother me a lot…what all have you tried?
