HOW CAN I GET MY BUM IN SHAPE

HEHE I HAVE BEEN TRYING ALL THINGS BUT MY BUM ARE A BIT BIG HOW CAN I MAKE IT SMALLER?

diet and cardio excersize is a big part of it. Squats work the glutes, hamstrings, and quads very well. Just make sure someone shows you the proper way of doing them. Lunges are very good too. The closer the lunge steps, the more the glutes are worked, the farther the steps, the more the quads are worked.

For weights, the leg press works well with other leg strength machines.

hhahaha its it like round big or wide if its wide then do cardio and get a work out take for buns and thighs my mom has one and her butt is toned now but idf its round then guys like that
