What can I do to keep my body slim?

I’m 13 and I weigh around 90 lbs. I’m 5’4” and I hate my weight. I eat around…2 small meals a day. No breakfast, low-fat cheese stick and an apple for lunch, then usually a salad or sandwich for dinner. Along with water all day, so I eat pretty healthy. My target weight is about… 82 pounds because thats where I find myself best. I want to have a slim stomach, I have a small bit of fat on my stomach that just wont go away. I do around 130 crunches a day. What my question is, will running 2 miles a day get rid of the extra fat on my body to make my stomach look firm? What should I do to also help reach about an fat percentage of 8% ? Thanks in advance.

your 13 your body is supposed to put on weight because your going through puberty at 90pounds (40 kilos) you already sound skinny, if not underweight you dont need to loose any more, doing so will damage your health eat healthy, what you are eating now is not even a quarter of what you should be eating each day if you keep starving yourself like you are now, you can die I fear you may be on the road to an eating disorder if you think what you eat now is appropriate do see a dcotor and get your bmi (body mass index) checked so he/she can tell you that you dont need to loose nay weight and slap some sense in you

omfg!!You are healthy!dont need to lose weight!!!I’m 140 and 13!!!Omg!Dont ever say yuhh need2lose weight!!Yuhhr nowhere near having to lsoe weight.,and girly, youll always have some fat..its what helps us when we get older, and have kids., its a fact that girls will always have more fat, (well yeahh not like fat pppls but yeah) because we need something to secure the baby when pregnant. girl yuhhr not fat, nowhere near it..honostly, yuhh shud be around 105, well depending on yuhhr height..
