Gimme a Plan for my Body
I’ll talk in brief .. as I’ve never done that .. But I’ll give the Details and wait for the Plan
Age : 14 “ Turned 14 on 1st-Mar “ Height : 4’92 - 5’08 Weight : Somewhere between 115-122 lbs Parts where I’ve put on weight : All of my body ..
My daily routine :
I wake up at 6.30 am .. Get ready for school, then I go to school on foot, its about 0.24 Miles - 380 Meters .. I think I walk a lot at school .. and I go back home on foot … the same distance. I go to school from 7AM-3PM .. When I come back, I dont sleep I finish my stuff at about 7PM “ Sometimes EARLIER and sleep at 10-12
I’m NOT as tall as my girlfriend .. so I want to get a lil taller.. and Fit
Gimme a PLAN .. Thats the only thing that I’ll consider.
I want something EFFECTIVE
I want a Schedule .. Reorganize my day “ except for the school part, lol “
I won’t organize your day for you, you can organize it yourself. You eat healthy, walk everyday, get to sleep early, and you’re going to start seein some changes in the way you look and feel. You’re still developing so you’re going to get taller and all that stuff, don’t try and rush it on yourself to look like other people..
If your girlfriend can’t accept the way you look then she’s not worth it. You have to want to look better for yourself.
Well … The tall\short thing is something that I dont take in consideration.. I just dont care
and to her. .. She told me before, She just DOESNT care about it
I think I sleep early.. Not so early
I Do Walk .. about 0.25 Miles - 380 Meters Eating Healthy .. which is ? “ a lot of people talk about this .. But no OBVIOUS Thing “
As I said .. I want a Schedule .. So I dont waste all that Time on the Comp. hurting my Back and my A$$.
I have about 2-3hrs everyday .. Maybe I can wake up earlier so I do exercises in the morn.
