I need to get more flexible NOW.

I need to get more flexible!! I want to go back into ballet, I broke my legs a few times and had to quit for a few years. since then I haven’t been as flexible. how to I get back into shape?? and fast. I’ve been stretching a lot more, and it’s helped a TON but not enough. any ideas?

well I’m not one to talk (cause I never excersise) but in the years that I did, I’d put on some of my favorite music every night and do these things: stretch EVERYTHING, then stuff like crunches and pushups. Learn where your body’s weak points are and try to create different exercises that will challenge them. but don’t forget about your strong parts too. Other than that, walk places, get a lot of sun (or rain) eat and drink heathy stuff ect. that the best I can offer ~rainy day in oregon
