How do I get more flexible??

Right, I used to be really flexible and able to do the splits right up until I started comprehensive skwl in september 2008. But im too scared to go to gymnastics although I really want to, but if I went I would have no time to do it because I have mountains of homework. so any ways at home to get more flexible (im pretty flexible I just want to be more flexible)

today is my first day and I feel more flexible alredy :) good luck btw x I hate gyms aswell :L they smell all sweaty and when there are really muscley people there you feel all fat and bad :( :L A-J >.< x

Igor from Macedonia has been trying to do that for 4 months yet.He hopes he`ll be able to do that in a month or so.stretch,stretch and stretch no mater where.Actually he hates gyms!?Kiss

take yoga and stretch everyday

the wii fit is good.. daily stretches like to the toes then somewere eles lmao like all types of stretches. x
