Push ups are good, you can do regular ones, or “reverse push ups” where you use a chair, put your hands on the edge, and then instead of sitting on the chair, move forward so that you can put your legs straight out front and raise up / down with your arms, bending at the elbow.

If you do those and run, you’ll get well defined triceps in no time.
