despreat for help, and fast!

okay so im 15 and currently 189 pounds 5’5. I have been trying to loose weight for four months now. I work out about 20-30 mins a day. the problem is I eat to much. I always tell myself no, but if its a food I really like. ieat to much of it! I cant help myslef. I want to get to about 140 for the summer (50 pounds in four months) or just start to get there. I have tried exersice and eating healthy. I really need help, bad!!!

I think if you like eat peanuts or cashews maybe evn some veggies before dinner you wont want 2 eat as much

ok I have heard that you shud eat the foods you like but in small portions drink water and yea excercise dont stress urself though because that causes you to eat and keep urself busy so you wont think of food

Take away fried foods and sodas. They are most fattening. Drink plenty of water if you can two glasses when you start getting hungry then eat small meals. If you are exercising you need to break out in sweat. If you are not sweating you aren’t burning calories. If you exercise you must eat right as well. My husband did really good exercising not long ago but started eating out of control therefore all his hard work didn’t pay off he ended up gaining 4 pounds out of his 10 he originally lost. Be careful don’t get carried away with sweets.

think of food as your worst enemy, that thing you always run from in your dreams, the girl/guy who stole your boyfriend/girlfriend at the prom. think that if you eat the food when it’s not needed you’ll kill 1 frog every bite you take.

uhm if you really wanted it bad enough, food would lose its appealing effect. Consider the consequences. I am okay with eating salads, but as soon as I down a cookie I feel like a failure. I’m an extreme example though, but I’m 5’7 and 140pnds my goal is to be 120 before summer, and lose five pounds in the next three weeks. Idon’t know. Personally anything fried, scares me. before I eat something like that I just imagine it attached to my body and even the thought just turns me away, and every choclate candy bar has like six insect legs in it. So choclate in general is ruled out.

hi=]..im 16 and im 187 punds..I lost 4 punds in two weeks…and the reason for that is Herbalife…I woulda lost more but since I dont really exercise I get too lazy..but im eating less now and I eat a lime or lemos to take my hunger ayawy..I would suggest you that weh you eat just eat a lil bit and after that eat a lemon it will take your hunger away for hours=] good luck
