you can eat what you want you just got to burn all the calories or hafe of them if you dont feal like counting calories cause I know I dont just burn about 150 like jog a mile

eat what you want to just in small portions and if you still feel quilty just run a few laps or sumthing

As long as you basically eat in a healthy way, having an occassional treat every now and then won’t hurt. Just make sure that you don’t treat yourself all of the time. Even the most stident healthy eaters have a treat now and then. You don’t have to totally cut out all the junk food, just make sure that it is in moderation. Moderation is the key! That way you will not feel totally deprived.
