How do you get better conditioning and higher stamina for mma without losing mass?

Do both cardio and heavy weight exercises, in rotation and keep up your calorie intake.

You’ll need to spend about 2-3 hours in the gym per session (and that’s just the conditioning end of things) for the MMA courses, you’ll want to spend an additional 2-4 hours per day, six days a week.

don’t exercise every day of the week. Six is good.
