How do I build up stamina to working out?

I’m trying to work out alittle bit but it seems when it starts to burn, I just quit. But if I keep on doing that, I’m not going to go anywhere with my weight! I need help so I can be more tolerant to pain! thanx sssooo much! :) <3333

stamina aka muscular endurance is built upon more reps on lighter weights, if you want to lift heavier weights on less reps then youve just got to physically push yourself or workout with someone that can push you to work harder. The best method in relation to weight & reps for the quickest muscle growth is whatever weight you can do on 4-8 reps, for example if I could do 5 bicep curls with 17.5kg then I would do 5 reps on each arm then have a rest, then do another 5 then so on, when your reps drops below 4 reps then move to a smaller weight (15kg) and do as many reps then rest and so on, this is for the best muscle fibre stimulation which will give you the fastest build
