Best way to achieve flat stomach?

Im rubbish at dietting and was wondering if anyone could advise me on the best possible way in order to achieve a flat stomach? Thanks x

Cardio workout can be anything to get the heart pumping. Bike riding, jogging, jumping jacks, walking up and down stairs, power walking, jump roping, lunges: all these things can be done at your home and don’t require a gym membership. :)

Unfortunately, working out only on your stomach will not achieve the flat stomach you’re hoping for. Sure it works out your abs, but it doesn’t burn the fat on top. In order to get a flatter stomach you have to achieve an overall body weight loss. Try doing some cardio workouts along with cruches or sit ups. I think you’ll find better results doing it that way. Or dieting and crunches, etc.

I would say about 200 crches a day, I do 1000 a day (not all at once but periodicaly) and I have a nice 8-pack.

running, or doing sit ups… like do 50 sit ups a day, and run, jog, or walk a mile or so..
