bench press

im 15 I weigh 175 and bench 225 and squat 220;; so anyway I dont know why I cant get my squat up for some reason.. I have small legs because my dad but I just cant seem to get a good squat, like they wont get stronger.. is this suypposed to happen? because its embarrassing benching more than squat

Take a break and change to something other than squats for a while. You body will hit a plateau if you keep doing the same exercises. Taking a break will allow you body to rest and come back stronger. Changing from a squat to a different exercise will force you muscles to grow because you are “shocking” them with a new movement. Typically you want to change you workout routine every 6 to 8 weeks for best results.
