Will this diet work?

Okay well, in the mornings, I will now eat yogurt, and some fruit or a special K bar and some fruit for lunch a salad, if that even. and for dinner, fruit and maybe something with meat, I dunno. I do treadmill everyday, for about 30 minutes-60 minutes. will I see results soon? I want to lose atleast 30 pounds by the end of May or the beg. of June! PLEASE, tell me your thoughts!! and give me tips, if you have any, im begging you. haha;

To be honest, stay away from the dairy( if you want to know why you can comment me about it) Its all fattening. Eat tofu, stay away from red meat. Try to eat a little more than you are though, once you stop eatting what you use to and start eating less your bodys metabolism slows down because your intaking less so it doesnt want to burn it off so it stores it almost, and the next time you eat more than what your eating now, your metabolism is still slower so you actually put on weight when you get off the diet. So keep it balanced. Drink plenty water try with lemon too, organic and natural juices, a lot of fruit. try salads with tuna too.

haha, TECHNICALLY you can eat whatever it is you want if you just eat in smaller portions. Balance your meals out. Avoid red meats… avoid saturated fat. Try to choose whole wheat bread over white bread. Drink fat free milk… no ice cream. drink lots of water. Look up some other workouts. Don’t use the treadmill all of the time. Go out for walks. Walking outside is better than a treadmill.
