Why am I aching?

Yesturday I did some easy exercise on tv like this dancing one with cheryl burke(dancing with the stars) anyways I sometimes exercise so my body never aches because its use to it. By the way it was like disco dancing( I was in my room by myself)lol. So when I woke up this morning my legs, and ankles where like cracking and felt like they needed stretching. So I stretch out my legs.. But everything still hurts

probably because when you dance you work every muscle in your body. so you probably aren’t used to it even though you may think you are. stretch in the morning and before bed. you should be fine. (: I had to do it for cheerleading, trust me I know how it hurts.
