I could be totally wrong here, but I think the less body fat you have the easier it is? Thats just with my own experience because it’s relatively easy for me and I think its because I’m so thin. I know this wrestler and hes very skinny, and he’s got awesome abs, better than any of the other guys because the muscle shows sooner right? I dunno makes sense to me.

well you need to stick with it how long have you been exerscising for you can also do core strength exerscises and other ones that target the stomatch it also has to do with your body type a bit and your diet if your not eating healthy no matter how much exerscise you do, you wont see results so make sure your esting healthy! also you can increase you intake of iron and protein

Everyone has ab muscles. Some are just harder to see than others. Along with strengthening exercises you need to get some aerobics in to get your heart rate up which will in turn get rid of any fat you have. You need to do more than climbing a rope and do some crunches. Getting great abs is really hard but well worth it.

The secret to sit-ups: Put a pillow (or something to the same degree) under your back right above your butt. This will allow you to go backwards a little bit instead of just to the ground. Same thing happened to me till I did this, it helps, trust me.

Answer #5

well you need to be patient it doent happen right away you have to give it time keeping a good diet with lots of different varieties you should be on your way but if your not eating you wont get anywhere you body needs that bit to help you along your way so make sure your not just leaving the food and exercising.
