how can I become more flexible and weigh less for cheerleading?

ok, so I want to become a LOT more flexible. I want to be able to do a split BOTH ways. so what stretched will help me with becomiong more flexible, and help me do a split both ways? and what are good ways to lose weight for cheerleading? and yes I do need to lose weight like soon. what are good warm ups, too?

okay well I’ve been doing cheerleading for a loong time and im evry flexible now. to be honest the only way to really become flexible is to just stretch all the time and for a lonng time. it took a while for me to get my perfect splits but you just got to do it all of the time and not stop. just practice your splits everyday and be persistent with it

same here!! Cheered on my power squad since I was able to join the little squad.. Look up cheer world champs for 2008 and thats my team. Funmail me for anything

I’m not a cheerleader but I do dance and I can do all three splits. you can funmail me too. but all you gotta do to be able to do the splits is just strech everyday. I once didnt know how to do the splits at all but all I did was strech everyday because I really wanted to be able to do it and I did :D
