how to lose 10lbs in a week dont eat anything apart from a bit of salad and workout like crazy and take laxatives thats basically my best advice!

exsercise every day take a good jog stay away from junk food and drink lots of water and in the morning eat fruit 4 breakfeast and stay away from desserts and stay away from resteraunts and fast food places
